Open Limited Gun Dog, Open Derby, Open Gun Dog, and Amateur Limited Gun Dog are open to all AKC pointing breeds.
All other stakes are open only to Weimaraners.
Bitches In Season May Not Compete In This Trial
AKC approved tracking collars will be allowed at this trial
Entries Are Limited To The Number Of Dogs That Can Be Judged During All Available Day Light Hours. Entries Will Close When The Limit Is Reached.
Stakes With Less Than Four (4) Entries Will Be Canceled And Entry Fees Returned
The WCWDCA Club Reserves the Right to Cancel or Postpone
the Trial due to Extreme Weather Conditions

- All stakes will be run on a single course without bird field
- Open Limited Gun dog and Amateur Gun Dog are retrieving stakes (call back)
- The WCWDCA reserves the right to run stakes concurrently
- Pheasants, Chukars, or Quail will be used for retrieve
- A blank cartridge will not be fired in puppy stakes
- Horseback handling will be permitted in all stakes except Am. Walking Derby and Am. Walking Puppy stakes
- Entry fee does not include horse rental

Prize for first place dog in each stake

From Virginia and West: Take the Washington DC Beltway (I495/I95) across the Wilson Bridge. Continue 14 miles to Pennsylvania Ave.. (Route 4). Turn South on Route 4 toward Upper Marlboro, MD. Continue for9 miles to Route 301. Turn South of Rt. 301 and continue 6.3 miles to Rosaryville State Park on your right. Enter park and follow signs.
From Baltimore and North: Proceed South on I95 to the Washington DC Beltway (I495/I95).Proceed South (inner loop) 19.5 miles to Pennsylvania Ave (Route 4) Follow the above directions.
